The BSF is currently working on the development of the Atanasovsko Lake Fund with value-added products and services to support not the large maintenance conservation measures that are the responsibility of the state and the operator of the saltworks, but the promotion of the lake, monitoring of policies , investment plans and projects, mediator between different stakeholders, educational activities. The fund will enable the long-term conservation of this natural area.
